BEFORE booking ✨

New Clients

• First time clients please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwor before appointment can take place.
• All new Brazilian wax clients MUST schedule under the new clients tab.

Late Arrivals

• Please contact me at (260) 225-9625 if you will be more than 10 minutes LATE!
• Each client will be given a 10 minute Grace Period.
• After 10 minutes 50% of the remaining balance to your service will be charged and appointment will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellations

• There will be a 24 hour cancellation policy to your appointment. Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Failure to a 24 hour notice will result in a 100% remaining balance charge to service!

Payments

• All bookings will require debit/credit information to secure appointments.
• There will be no charge to card unless client is a No Show or Failure to cancel appointment.
• Forms of payment at time of appointment will be ✨CASH ONLY at this timing!
